World Soccer City has hassle free 30 day return and exchange policy for all merchandise except soccer jerseys customized with player name and number. We do not accept returns or exchnages for soccer jerseys customized with player name and number. However, we accept returns and exchanges for plain soccer jerseys with no player name and number printed on them. Customer must return the product to us in original unworn and unused condition with all the tags attached to receive refund. Buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost and original shipping fee paid by buyer is non-refundable.

World Soccer City ship domestic US orders by USPS Parcel Mail and International orders by USPS Express International Mail. We will email the USPS Tracking Number to buyer after mailing the package and buyer can track the package on USPS website www.usps.com.
